CHAIRMAN OF KITA
LEE, JAI HEON
SAMSUNG AMERICA, INC
|
I am delighted to introduce KITA to those who may be interested in establishing a relationship with Korean subsidiary companies in Southern California. KITA is committed to building a bridge between U.S. businesses and Korean subsidiary companies, to enhance our economy and our cultural understanding, as well. We enjoy a strong membership base despite the hardship we endured in 1997 due to the Korean economic crisis and the deregulation of the abroad subsidiary registration act.
We are proud to be a vital part of California¡¯s economy, and proud to be contributing a significant amount to its GDP. It is my sincere desire that the Southern California business communities take full advantage of KITA and its services. I would also like to extend my appreciation to all of our member companies who have shown much dedication and support and who have made KITA what it is today.
